Booking Policies

Since this is our first year as a beach rental, we are still figuring this out. For now, the basic booking policies are as follows:

• Minimum age of 25 for primary renter

• No pets (service animals may be possible with written request and permission)

• Maximum number of guests is 10 - additional guests who exceed this count and are not disclosed will be asked to leave.

• 50% downpayment required at time of booking. Remainder will be due 30 days before rental week.

• Self Check-in after 4pm. Check-out before 10am. Each reservation will have a custom entry code for the lock on the front door. At 10:30am on check-out day, the custom code will deactivate.

• Occupancy fees and taxes include Hospitality and Lodging taxes paid to the Town of Holden Beach, Brunswick County and the State of North Carolina.

• Cleaning fee of $250 is charged in addition to an Administrative Service fee of $100. You can be assured your rental will be cleaned, sanitized and prepped for your arrival.
